I admit it, I help contribute to the livelihood of FedEx and UPS. 

I've learned the art of shopping from my desk. 

And, typically, I spend far less with this method because

I am looking for something very specific and every other cute

item I spy does not jump into my cart.  Gasp.

Since my rainy, stormy day has not happened as the morning

news said it would, I've cleaned and shopped.

Today I've ordered:

1.  A new phone thanks to my upgrade date - all of my

friends will be happy as I have finally broke down

and ordered the iPhone.  I have a hate/hate relationship

with my droid, therefore, I do not like to talk on it as it

is wicked and hangs up on everyone.  I've blamed it on my

fat cheeks, but, it really has been beyond frustrating as

I can only talk on it via speaker.  And, that is not always

ideal when in public.  Thankfully, Verizon had a special today.

2.  I'm still in the uber-organizing mode; although I've had no

time at all to accomplish much.  But, today I ordered some

Fridge Coasters.  In a pretty patterned turquoise. I detest 

cleaning the spilled contents of the fridge.  Since I nearly broke

a bin last week trying to remove it to wash it....this would be

much more cost-effective than to replace an entire bin.   I'm

attempting to get ahead of hindsight.

3.  A rubber boot tray from Ballards.  Not a bad price either,

surprisingly.  My house has become a muddy mess of late.

And, really, there is no time in the near future I could expect

anything other.   And, since the wood flooring I dream of

is not in the near future either, 

 I'm attempting to "contain" the damage if possible. 

Pretty and functional, the best way to go!

Even if it is totally at my own expense.

Today I was making a mad-dash into JCPenney for some

make-up and the inevitable occurred.

THE.SWIMSUIT.AISLE.

Bikinis at that.   I found myself smack dab in the midst of them.  

Strings and all.

Puke, puke and more puke.

Then, it was love at first sight.

I saw her from across the room hanging high on the wall.

Perfection.

Just enough coverage. Some great runching.  Flirty, but not too much. 

Actually kind-of classic.

Hmmm....somewhat dressy, now that I think of it.

I kept fighting off all of the other hangers poking me as I wove through the

bikini racks.....then, the disappoint sunk me.  {pardon the pun}

I was not eyeing the perfect swimsuit for me.

But, a very skimpy prom dress.

To my beach friends from last year, this should not surprise you. 

At all.

Hot as in it will likely be over 100 degrees today. Other than that, I am soooooo excited! I'm picking up my niece Britt for a little girl time. Fun!

We shall see if I return broke. ha!

I'm just surfing and browsing, but thought these were so cute!

Yea. I'm all about date night clothes. And, we never get to go out on dates. :( I have a closet full! With tags, pretty much.

Can you tell I am avoiding my report? ha!

I did get a bathing suit that somewhat resembles this one - except it is a tankini on top. Admittedly, I am rather modest, but particularly around my boys. Especially since my youngest has an "elbow" fettish. There, I said it.

Yep. Nothing practical. I'm just surfing.

Do we ever escape that getting out of school feeling? I'm quite sluggish today and cannot concentrate to save my life! Ok, back to the books!

Another score, I'm loving these ebates! I got the above blouse for .19 cents! Plus, $5.25 s/h. I qualified for 6% ebates as well. But, 6% on .19 cents....I don't think that even registers. :)

Comfy and cute and super-cheap! Perfect qualities in a blouse!
