Sooooo sad! The oil has reached the beaches in Alabama and Mississippi now and is 10 miles from the coast in Pensacola. Absolutely breaks my heart! Praying that the repair attempt today works. Such a tragedy in so many ways.
I am a wife, mom & and friend trying desperately to balance this wonderful ride of life! I try to never take for granted the blessings God has given us. The simple things are what mean the absolute most to me. I'm always in search of my very own Mayberry. I am constantly trying to grow more in Christ (even though His routes may be a tad different than what I would have had in mind:), be a better spouse to my husband of 18 years, a mom that will bless my children in every way possible (in all things eternal) and a jump-in-the-car-for-you kind of friend. Join me in my attempt to scale back, simplify, & enjoy the precious moments I want to forever remember in my heart.
