{Fab Party Part II}

Me and my Honey!  A HUGE thanks to him!  He had a pretty

big part in this party too.  As in the funding. :)  And, alot of the prep.

I think the prep part almost did him in.  He's been down all day today.

But, seriously, thank you so much!  It was the perfect evening

and I'm very happy to have shared it with you!  We may not be 

17 anymore........but, I'm exactly in the perfect place in my life

right where I am ....age and all. ;)   I love you, babe!!   

Okay, SOMETIMES we get to see a very different side of Heather.

She doesn't come out very often, but, I LOVE it when she does. ;) 

I think Mr. Eric does too!

Oh, and Mr. Justin.  We all saw flashes of little E tonight. Love it!

And, the sweet Carters.  I seriously can barely remember

life before all of these couples.  James was one of the photog's 

tonight.  I think I seriously need a 2nd, 2nd.  :)

Okay, I'm really not sure what happened here??  I know I saw several

pictures being taken {and, viewed, ha} but only this one remained on my card.

Girls, you couldn't take a bad picture???

Don't talk to my husband about it, he'll be packing us up!! 

Angie and Shawn!  Angie's Dad and Scott's Dad are best friends since childhood and

Scott grew up with Angie.  I'm very happy that we have become friends and the boys,

who are cousins with her girls, adore M & M!  Evan's just a little sad they are related. ;)  

Sweet Nick and Mischelle!  Love you to pieces! 

Another couple I feel like I've known forever. :)

And, they have an AWESOME Vet Clinic too.

{FaBuLOus 40 Party!!!}

Okay.  Where do I even start??

My birthday party was something so unbelievable,

I have been.....and, am still at a loss.  I know you

all worked on it for weeks and weeks and at the heart 

of all of the details that were put in.....it was to make the day

very special for me.  And, you more than surpassed that! 

I truly love each of you so much and you went far beyond

what I ever imagined.   The hard work?  Well, moving

the "set" three times because of rain broke my

heart for you.  But, in the end, it was perfect. 

More than perfect!   

So, Heather.....the decor was breathtaking.  Well, magical actually. 

Each detail was so sweet.  I know you put so much time {and SHOPPING, ha}

into this........thank you from the bottom of my heart!  You totally outdid

yourself.  And, well, that takes ALOT! ;)

Stacy....although I don't know all of the exacts about who did

what, I do know you helped with the ideas, the set up, the flower arranged

and the blood, sweat and tears of the day!  Thank you so much.

It was absolutely beautiful. 

Sweet Tonia.....I.AM.SO.SORRY!  It broke my heart about

the cake fiasco.  Totally not your fault.  And, although I couldn't do

it last night because I didn't want to make you cry....I laughed. 

If my wedding cake fell......why wouldn't my birthday cake?  

And, the invitations - so sorry for taking so long to gather the addresses!!

And, Mandi........the food was wonderful.  I will be gaining 30 pounds

from those cupcakes that have called my name all.day.long. 

Truly blissful......:)  Well, and the cookies.  And, ugh, that cake. 

sigh. 

And, on to the show!  I'll have to do this in "segments" I'm afraid.

It was absolutely FABULOUS!  Our new favorite word!!

The other members of the "crew."  And, yes, they fell into that same category described

above. Poor Eric and Scott.........so, so sorry!!!! :( 

And, guys, I know that none of you signed up for any of this on those fateful

days I met your sweet wives.........

I quickly got to "see" everything prior to it being removed.  Again. 

Notice, Heather and I were not finished getting dressed.  I had almost dried my hair -

she was not dressed.  But, it was then or maybe never.   

But, thankfully that was the last shower we saw!!

{birthday week!!}

I had an AMAZING birthday week! 

Without a doubt, this was probably the best birthday ever. 

Definitely one I will absolutely never forget. 

We started the day off with Scott sending Angela and I for facials.

There are no pictures of us because I went with no makeup on and

as I sat in the floor putting on my makeup for my birthday lunch -

she was enjoying her facial on the table. 

So, I zipped off from there and made a grand entrance arrival 

{totally not true, I was LATE}

but, arrived at lunch to some of the sweetest girls ever and had

a wonderful time laughing and eating and laughing some more.

Well, I was sung to also, but that.....not so fun. But, I did laugh.

And, then Tracy, Shaina, Tonia and that's Mandi way back there!



Okay, pretty much DYING here.  If I could have had

a picture of Shaina's face before they plunked that hat on

top of my head, then hit it?  Not sure why they hit it?

I think they popped whatever it was that ended up on Stacy's head.

  Not quite sure??

I kept blaming my red face on the pumpkin concoction they had

put on my face at Mercy.  Sounds good anyway!

And, then the surprises.  I got a gift certificate from Tracy - Java House

that I will be using very soon!  The sweet hat below by Shaina - LOVE.

I think I wore it every single day with the exception of my party day!

And, then the big shocker.....the girls went in and bought me my coveted 

mustard yellow Hobo wallet.  I think they must have thought I made up the

color as I think there was some difficulty in finding it, but I'm not sure about

the details of that story.   And, it is in my purse and is very nicely organized.

It goes nicely in the huge black purse Angela got me.   And, she did

inform me prior to opening that the color had nothing to do with the age

I was turning. :) But, I love it too! 

Oh, and then the yummy cupcakes from Simply Sweet.

Thanks for a WONDERFUL lunch girls!  I love you dearly and

am still at a loss for words.   More to come!  

As Tonia said, let's get this party started.

And, did they ever.  Oh, about three times with the

unexpected rain storms. ;)
